- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation complies with legal requirements and organizational policies.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and providing necessary training materials.
- Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and help implement strategies to improve workplace satisfaction.
- 30 to 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- with solid experience in Human Resources
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly discreet in handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can function well under pressure
- Trustworthy, professional, and with a positive work attitude
