  • Employee Relations: This involves managing employee interactions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: HR helps to develop performance evaluation systems, provide feedback to employees, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Legal: HR ensures the organization complies with relevant labor laws and regulations, and they may also be involved in handling legal matters related to employment.
  • Administrative Tasks: HR handles various administrative tasks related to employees, such as maintaining records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.

職位要求

  • College Graduate, Psychology or any related course
  • At least with 6months experience
  • With a pleasing personality
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Polite, Hardworking, & Trustworthy
  • Resident in Quezon City
