1. Develop and research ideas for creative team of Blue Star Entertainment.

2. Preparing short summaries of your ideas and selling (known as ‘pitching’) them to producers or development executives

3. Create an initial framework, or treatment, for screenplays.

4. Write or adapt a story into a script.

5. Meet with film executives to pitch screenplays and ideas.

6. Weave together visual elements in scenes with plot and dialogue.

7. Work with producers and directors to edit and adjust the script as needed. Writing and rewriting scripts if necessary (you may need to do this several times before arriving at the final agreed version).

1. Preferred Major in Mass communication, directing, journalism, advertising and other media related courses;
2. Experienced as a creative writer and script writer both for post and pre-production;
3. Experienced editor in any news letters or publication;
4. With experience in video shooting and video editing is preferred;
5. Experience in creating and writing both digital and non-digital content for artist is a plus;
6. Understand user’s preferences and can make plan for video titles and captions;
7. Operated official social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Kumu and Youtube;
