1. Video Content Creation
- Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for Tiktok and other platforms
- Shoot product showcases, lifestyle content, and brand narratives
- Work with the creative team to align visuals with brand goals
2. Video Editing & AI Integration
- Edit videos with attention to pacing, transitions, effects, and audio
- Explore and apply AI tools for faster editing and content enhancement
- Manage a growing library of video assets and templates
3. Livestream Operations (Tiktok & Events)
- Set up and manage livestreams on Tiktok for daily content and product campaigns
- Provide tech setup and support during in-person and virtual events (lights, mic, OBS, camera)
- Ensure smooth execution of livestreams including script coordination and real-time engagement
4. Social Media Support
- Post and schedule content across relevant platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and assist with community engagement
- Support in planning social content calendars for video and graphics
5. Graphic Design & Visuals
- Design digital content such as posters, thumbnails, banners, and motion graphics
- Use and experiment with AI graphic tools (e.g. Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe tools)
- Maintain visual consistency across all media assets
6. Event Tech & Creative Support
- Assist with creative setup during brand activations and events
- Handle on-site social media coverage including livestream setup and coordination
- Ensure all technical requirements are met: connectivity, equipment, and broadcast readiness
7. KPI & Performance Alignment
- Work with the marketing and content team to set monthly KPIs (e.g., views, engagement rate, output targets)
- Regularly track and report performance against goals
- Adjust strategies and output to meet or exceed KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or any related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in video production (shooting and editing), ideally for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) is a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of livestreaming tools and software (OBS, StreamYard, TikTok Live Studio, etc.) including handling cameras, lights, and audio equipment.
- Experience in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, or other tools).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
