Coverage of Festivals and Events
Travel to assigned locations nationwide
Capture high-quality photos and videos during events
Create highlight reels, reels/TikTok edits, and photo sets for publication
Coordinate with field teams and partner organizers
Post-Production
Organize, back up, and edit raw media
Create final outputs in various formats for social media, online publication, and internal use
Ensure all edits reflect the brand identity and messaging
Commercial Shoots (Non-Event Days)
Conceptualize and produce in-house ads and promotional videos
Work with the creative and marketing teams for campaign requirements
Shoot and edit according to project briefs
Attend planning sessions and content briefings
Maintain and manage media equipment and data archive
Collaborate with social media and graphic teams
Expertise in photography, videography, and editing to cover festivals and events we have partnered with across the Philippines.

Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing (event coverage & commercial work)
1-3 yrs working experience.
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop (After Effects a plus)
Strong storytelling abilities with a deep understanding of branding and visual aesthetics.
Creative eye for composition, color grading, and storytelling
Experience in studio-based shoots, event coverage, and social media content creation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and creativity in framing shots and editing.
Knowledge of lighting techniques and audio recording for video production.
Willingness to travel nationwide and adapt to different working environments
Flexible schedule based on event calendar
