Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Supervise and coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.
Manage budgets, inventory, procurement, and resource allocation efficiently.
Handle issues related to operations, logistics, supply chain, and customer service.
Support strategic planning and contribute to business development initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
At least 3–5 years of experience in operations or a similar managerial role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
