  • Answer questions: CSRs answer questions about products, services, accounts, and more 
  • Resolve issues: CSRs help customers resolve issues, such as outages, technical problems, or returns 
  • Process orders: CSRs may process sales and purchase orders, and follow up with customers about payments 
  • Build relationships: CSRs build trust with customers through open communication 
  • Keep records: CSRs keep customer records and process accounts 


職位要求

  • Strong communication skills: Both verbal and written, to clearly explain information and understand customer concerns. 
  • Active listening skills: Ability to attentively listen to customer issues and accurately gather information.
