簡介
- Knowledge of health care terminology is helpful.
- Able to organize and keep the patient's records and schedule on time
- Problem-solving skills, relationship-building skills, and adaptability.
- Able to follow up on the schedule of the patient who missed the appointment.
- Able to update the patient on their appointment and send reminders on time.
職位要求
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are an advantage
- With a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Basic computer program knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Clerical or administrative experience is a plus.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Amenable to work in the graveyard shift and on-site
- Must be willing to relocate near the location
