JOB OVERVIEW:

The Customer Care Officer is responsible for building positive client interactions and ensuring total customer satisfaction. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure that client complaints are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products or services offered by the company.
  • Adhere to quality standards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer service department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and data.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Prior experience with customer service, retail, or a related field.
  • Sales or upselling experience.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess and resolve customer issues.
  • Experience with CRM systems, customer databases, and other customer service-related software tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on the company's operational hours.
