Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee and Labor Relations Associate located in Metro Manila. The Employee and Labor Relations Associate will be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting investigations, interpreting labor laws, developing policies, and implementing programs to maintain positive workplace relations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in HR policies and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
