Founded in 2018 as a joint venture between Cebu Air Inc. and Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions, Inc. (PAGSS). 1AV continues to expand its operations supporting the Philippines' largest airline and other international carriers operating in the country.
1Aviation currently provides selected ground handling services to its Cebu Pacific operations in over 34 locations nationwide which are Manila, Iloilo, Kalibo, Roxas, Caticlan, Siargao, Surigao, Cauayan, Naga, San Jose, Busuanga, Masbate, Cebu, Bacolod, Camiguin, Calbayog, Dumaguete, Puerto Prinsesa, Tacloban, Virac, Zamboanga, Laoag, Tagbilaran, Butuan, Cotabato, Cagayan de Oro, Dipolog, Davao, General Santos City, Pagadian, Ozamiz, Tuguegarao, Daraga and Tawi-Tawi.
