What you’ll be doing?

Server in this job is also called waiter, knowledgeable about different selling abilities and strategies in our restaurant. Must be familiar with the company products, service sequence and preparations of dining activities in accordance with the company standard operating procedures, policies, rules and regulations.

• Comes to work in good health condition and in proper grooming standard.
• Adheres to opening and closing procedures.

• Follow Standard Sequence of Service
• Support to customer service associates in assisting guest
• Lead to greet guests in standard spiel
• Prepare tables by ensuring its cleanliness and standard set-up.
• Buss tables in a timely and courteous manner.
• Suggest wide choices of drinks to the customers.
• Takes customer orders using an order slip (OS) and check the details, such as number of pax, repeat the orders to the customers for confirmation and promptly send the OS to the cashier.
• Ensure the correctness of orders are punch in the pos
• Prepare and serve guest drinks based on standard.
• Untiringly and willingly attends to customer needs.
• Do customer relations to enhance excellent customer service.
• Continuously performs head count per table after taking orders, during meal time and before billing out to ensure accuracy of party number against the food checker. Must make immediate adjustment for any additional orders/pax.
• Do bill check-out and gives settlement receipts. Always, Double check the bill.
• Attends or endorse critical guest complaints to the Supervisor for immediate actions.
• Check, prepares and set-up area and amenities for functions and reservations.
• Stock and maintain wait stations. Practice FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Monitors the condition of dining equipment and coordinates with the Store Supervisor in ensuring preventive maintenance.
• Conduct physical inventory count of dining stocks daily and fixed assets on monthly
• Checks cleanliness and orderliness within the area of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as maybe assigned by the management.

What we are looking for?

• Must be at least high school graduate or college level
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience as Server
• Food training is a plus
• Physically fit
• Willing to assign in Makati Area
