簡介

  • Kitchen Operations & Guest Experience – Assist the Head Chef in daily operations, lead the team, ensure high-quality food and service, and manage customer feedback.
  • Menu & Creativity – Support in menu development, tastings, recipes, and new food initiatives while considering seasonality and food trends.
  • Business & Performance – Help monitor costs, stock, HACCP compliance, minimize wastage, and support events/promotions for business growth.
  • Team Development – Train, mentor, and support staff growth; identify future leaders; ensure clear communication and onboarding of new employees.

職位要求

  • With at least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Sous Chef, Junior Sous, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, HACCP, and stock management
  • Experience in menu creation, recipe development, and cost control
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, able to train and mentor staff
  • Excellent understanding of customer service and guest experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
  • Creative and updated with food trends and seasonal ingredients
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Flexible with schedules, events, and business needs
