簡介
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality.
- Manage inventory and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate on menu development and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Support kitchen management in staff scheduling.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong kitchen hygiene, excellent cooking and baking skills, proficient in stewarding and mise-en-place, and keen attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with potential evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, creativity, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication.
- Work Location: Willing to work in Saudi Arabia
