Senior Team Administrator – Creative Industries

Location: Remote

Client: A leading creative agency supporting arts and cultural projects across Australia.


The Opportunity at a Glance

Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for the arts and creative industries? We’re seeking a Senior Team Administrator to provide executive and project support across a dynamic portfolio of creative projects. This fully remote role offers the chance to work alongside talented artists, cultural leaders, and marketing professionals, helping drive operational excellence behind the scenes.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, internal scheduling, and communications across multiple creative entities. Coordinate meetings, prepare summaries, and oversee admin tools like Otter.ai transcription.
  • Creative Project Coordination: Assist in organising creative timelines, liaising with artists and suppliers, and supporting project delivery from research to execution.
  • Marketing & Communications Support: Update CRM databases, assist with client communications, format and proof marketing content (blogs, case studies, EDMs), and coordinate monthly reports.
  • Content and Website Management: Liaise with IT and website teams to handle backend fixes, minor updates (Squarespace or WordPress), and content accuracy checks.
  • Drive System Efficiency: Manage file organisation, project management platforms (e.g., Trello), and maintain brand consistency across all operational activities.


What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Have strong experience as a Team Administrator, Studio Coordinator, or Arts Administrator, ideally within marketing, creative, or cultural industries.
  • Are highly proficient with Google Workspace, MailChimp, InDesign, Canva, and CRM tools like Capsule.
  • Bring outstanding organisation, project management, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Have a passion for the arts, culture, or applied creative industries like crafts, design, or visual arts.
  • Are confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines across different time zones independently.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment where creative energy is part of everyday work.


What Sets You Apart – You’ll Shine Even Brighter with:

  • Experience coordinating creative projects, submissions, grant applications, or artist collaborations.
  • Familiarity with Squarespace, WordPress, or light video editing.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives in an arts-focused or marketing-driven business.


Candidates with a background in applied arts, visual arts, crafts, or creative agency operations are highly encouraged to apply.
