Job Title: "Scrum Master"

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Contract Duration: 6 months initial Contract, High possibility of contract extension (based on performance)

Work Setup: Hyrbid (3 days RTO, 2 days WFH per week)

OVERVIEW: A Scrum Master ensures the team adheres to Agile values and practices. They are a servant-leader who facilitates the Scrum process without direct authority over the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementing Agile Ceremonies and Principles:

• Lead and coach the team in Agile/Scrum practices
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Support team self-organization and improvement
• Ensure removal of blockers and adherence to Agile processes

Managing Agile Teams:

• Foster a trusting and safe environment for team members
• Support team development and maintain a positive work culture
• Facilitate conflict resolution and remove obstacles to team efficiency
• Protect the team from external interruptions

Product Owner Collaboration:

• Act as a communication link between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
• Ensure the product backlog is prioritized and groomed
• Assist in defining "done" and "ready" criteria

Maintaining Artifacts:

• Ensure Agile metrics (burndown charts, velocity, defect metrics) are tracked and reported
• Monitor team capacity and velocity for planning purposes
• Participate in Agile Office consultations and coordination with other Scrum Masters and teams
• Track and monitor overall status of demands within delivery teams
• Coordinate with Release Train Engineer on release schedules
• Ensure all Scrum events are productive and time-boxed
• Foster a culture of inspection, collaboration, transparency, and improvement
• Monitor delivery team utilization and ensure capacity to meet sprint commitments
• Coordinate with other teams for technical operations readiness and timely feature delivery
• Regularly update progress with vendor providers and partners
