About The Role
The Supply Chain team oversees all aspects from production at our suppliers’ location (Asia, Europe & Americas) to inventory management to delivery and optimization of all sales channels (e-commerce marketplaces, direct-to-consumer, brick & mortar delivery, and more).
About The Team
As a
Demand Planner you are responsible for the worldwide sales forecast for your brands and categories. You will lead the monthly forecasting process which includes developing forecasts, analyzing forecasts, making recommendations, and incorporating historical and market strategies into current forecasts. Ideally, you are experienced in fast-growing companies in the e-commerce business.
What you will do:
- Drive forecasting process across all sales channels
- Collaborate with brand management team to analyze current trends and adapt forecast where necessary
- Collaborate with operational intelligence team to analyse Artificial intelligent based forecast and provide feedback to improve
- Generate weekly forecast reports and communicate forecast flags to brand management, inventory team, and operational intelligence team
- Analyze forecast deviations with the goal to improve forecast accuracy, minimize out of stock and mitigate overstock
- Maintain and develop collaborative tools with brand management team
Who you are:
- A self-starter, willing to experiment with different ideas and approaches
- Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement: don’t be afraid to challenge the status quo!
- Comfortable working with large sets of data, high proficiency in excel
- Effective in communication and influencing. Ability to engage with business partners and leaders throughout the whole organization
