Sales & Closing
- Close inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
- Conduct sales calls and demos with potential clients to showcase the value of RemoteGenies.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Track and manage sales pipeline via CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets and KPI’s.
Client & Freelancer Acquisition
- Schedule and lead demo calls for both prospective clients and freelancers.
- Host onboarding webinars and walkthroughs to introduce the platform, explain the process, and increase freelancer engagement.
- Create and implement onboarding strategies to improve activation and retention.
- Identify and nurture potential leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach.
- Track and optimize conversion rates for client sign-ups and task postings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or SaaS/service-based selling.
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience conducting webinars, live demos, or onboarding sessions.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and consultative sales skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain digital platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, and funnel management.
- Prior experience in freelancing, outsourcing, or tech platforms is a plus.
