簡介

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Prospect, identify and engage new clients in the semiconductor, manufacturing, and solar energy sectors.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing tailored solutions and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Understand client technical requirements and recommend appropriate products such as thermocouple heaters, sensors, and other consumables.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities, especially in the solar panel market.
  • Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support
  • Provide regular reports and sales forecast to management
  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.

職位要求

  • 3-5years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or solar panel industries.
  • Background in selling technical or industrial products such as heaters, sensors, or equipment consumables is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with solar PV system components and market dynamics is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Willing to travel to meet clients, attend events, and support regional accounts
