About the Role

We are seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist to join our growing construction company. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding qualified hires — ensuring we attract the best talent for our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and job offer).
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Maintain and update the applicant database.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Support HR initiatives and other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in the construction industry).
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
