The HR/Admin Officer is responsible for managing human resources functions and overseeing administrative operations to support the organization’s overall efficiency.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Handle payroll preparation, benefits administration, and government contributions
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting orientations, and facilitating training programs
Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Oversee office administration, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
Prepare HR-related reports and provide support in audits and compliance checks
Implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture
Identify opportunities for improving HR and administrative processes
Experience as an HR/Admin Officer or in a similar role is required.
