- Be the North American & European Business Development candidates sourcing extraordinaire on the team
- Communicate with hiring managers and the team to understand our hiring requirements, before presenting that into job descriptions to targeted candidates
- Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
- Doing your part in ensuring a world class candidate experience
- Constantly build on, and improve candidate experience
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1-2 years’ similar experience in recruitment within cryptocurrencies exchange or recruitment agencies
- Strong recruitment fundamentals, especially in candidate management, understanding what needs to be done at every stage
- A good understanding of the recruitment process, and what needs to be done at each stage
- Independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication in English
- A passion for finding, and hiring great people
- Experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of hiring practices and regulations in North America and European regions
