簡介

  • Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
  • Develop HR policies and maintain organizational culture.

職位要求

  •  Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  •  Less than 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment or Internship related HR Recruitment team.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; plus know how to edit regarding poster.
  • Assist with recruitment; specifically in screening candidates, making a poster, and posting and sourcing.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
