簡介
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create, post, and manage job ads across multiple channels (job boards, social media, etc.).
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual) to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Assist with recruitment reports and metrics to monitor hiring progress.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

- Fresh graduates are welcome
- No work experience required
- Must have good communication skills
