The Procurement and Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process and overseeing inventory control for both HVAC materials/equipment and office/home furniture products. This role ensures that all purchases are cost-effective, delivered on time, and meet quality standards, while maintaining optimal stock levels to support ongoing projects and sales requirements. The position involves vendor management, negotiation, stock monitoring, and coordination with internal departments to align procurement and inventory strategies with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Management
Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies for HVAC and furniture materials, supplies, and equipment.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and capacity.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure favorable agreements.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up on deliveries.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all procurement transactions.
Inventory Management
Oversee inventory control procedures for raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and consumables.
Maintain accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
Implement and monitor minimum and maximum stock level policies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
Review and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, slow-moving items, and potential wastage.
Ensure proper documentation and system updates for incoming and outgoing materials.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and production supervisors to forecast material requirements.
Prepare and present regular procurement and inventory reports to management.
Recommend process improvements for cost reduction, efficiency, and accuracy in supply chain operations.
Assist in budgeting for procurement and inventory needs.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience
At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement and/or inventory management, preferably in the HVAC and/or furniture manufacturing or distribution industry.
Experience in vendor negotiations, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
Familiarity with both local and international sourcing.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement best practices, and inventory control systems.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination across departments and with suppliers.
Other Requirements
Knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and specifications, as well as materials and components used in office/home furniture production.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, material specifications, and project plans.
Willingness to conduct supplier visits and warehouse inspections.
