簡介

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Request and compare quotations from multiple sources.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply issues.
  • Stay updated on market trends and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven work experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (1-2 years preferred).
  • Good knowledge of sourcing and vendor management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
