簡介

The Patient Service Representative will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and in-person. This role is key to ensuring patients are scheduled, informed, and supported throughout their visit to our laboratory. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.


  • Handle phone and walk-in inquiries from patients, providing accurate information regarding laboratory services and procedures.
  • Maintain and update inquiry data and statistics to track patient interactions.
  • Schedule patient appointments and perform follow-up calls to ensure timely visits.
  • Manage and update the laboratory directory database, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate effectively with different departments to ensure seamless patient service and communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist patients in filling out necessary paperwork and ensure they have all the required information for their appointment.

職位要求

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Keen to details, organized, versatile, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
