We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

職位要求

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • With at least 1yr. experience as office administrator
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace tools, and SAP is a plus
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills; team player and can work under pressure
  • Can do multi-tasking and coordinate well with stakeholders
  • Can manage office supplies, reimbursements, meetings, reports, car monitoring, documentation, and daily office activities
  • Can monitor and improve the team's database and files; Support the team's requirements
