簡介

SMC Repairs and Maintenance Inc. is an Operations, Maintenance, and Management (OMM) subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation.

The primary purpose of the company is to engage in, manage, and carry on the business of repair, maintenance, warehouse management, and other related undertakings in connection with the operation, development, improvement, rehabilitation, administration, management, control, and operation of all types of manufacturing, milling, commercial, or industrial enterprises, business undertakings, or ventures.


Administrative Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in clerical or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in creating and managing dashboards for reporting and data visualization.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately input data into spreadsheets or databases.
  • Experience in managing and organizing email accounts.
  • Competence in operating and troubleshooting common office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of data analysis.
  • Willing to be assigned in C5, Pasig City.
