Job Overview:
Madimack is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support the business in bringing products to market. This role will have a hard-line report to the Global Marketing Manager and a dotted-line report to the Global Product Manager, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and product development.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in product marketing, particularly within consumer goods, trade tools, or white goods. This role requires a hands-on approach, working cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning, adoption, and performance in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy – Develop and execute strategies for both new product launches and core product management.
- Product Positioning & Messaging – Define value propositions, key USPs, and market fit to create compelling messaging and marketing materials.
- Market & Competitive Research – Lead research initiatives to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Channel & Sales Support – Collaborate with trade and retail partners to optimise product success through effective sales enablement tools.
- Marketing Content & Execution – Work with creative, digital, and media teams to develop impactful product campaigns and ensure consistency across channels.
- Product Presentations – Provide internal teams and partners with clear, structured product training and support.
- Project & Budget Management – Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring execution on time and within budget.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimisation – Track product performance and market engagement, using data-driven insights to refine strategies
- Process Innovation – Challenge conventional marketing processes and introduce new, innovative approaches to drive customer engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product marketing within consumer goods, trade tools, or white goods industries.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to engage effectively with trade and retail customers.
- Deep understanding of market needs, customer priorities, and competitive positioning.
- Strong B2B marketing experience, including product management and positioning in highly competitive markets.
- Expertise in packaging, pricing strategy, and market segmentation.
- Experience in identifying and leveraging product USPs to maximize market impact. Ability to present effectively on product development and enhancement to both
- internal teams and external partners.
- Strong knowledge of retail and trade distribution channels.
- Experience in briefing and coordinating internal teams (creative, search marketing, database marketing, media, etc.) on product marketing initiatives.
- Attention to detail in inspecting marketing channels and ensuring content accuracy.
- Project management expertise – ability to manage multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Creative and self-motivated, with a passion for driving product success in the market. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Willingness to be based in Madimack’s Manila office.
