Daily Duties

 

1. Daily Monitoring of Digital Marketing Campaign Traffic, Flagging to Summit Media of any abnormality of data

2. Daily updates to Regional Marketing PH PIC - ad hoc

Daily updates to Regional Events PH PIC - ad hoc.

3. Daily checking and feedback of Decks that are in WIP status, which I give inputs, add necessary slides or expound the level of detail presented.

4. Daily Leads compilation and cascading to CM and NSM

5. Daily PR Mileage compilation and cascading to CM and NSM

6. Daily discussion with NSM on important updates such as (Model with Leads Slowdown, stock with High Inventory, Push needed)

7. Daily individual updates of MIP Marketing Exec / Progress Report on specific tasks.

8. Daily MFA, Leaves/Travel, EDS and PO Checking as needed

9. Daily discussion with Regional MM on Branch Marketing movement, to fine tune and align executions to be recommended to the dealers.

10. Daily sweep of competitor online pages to familiarize local team on other brand's strategies and campaigns.

 

 

Weekly Duties

 

1. Weekly WIP meeting with Regional Marketing

2. Weekly Meeting with Summit Media for Campaign Status Report

3. MIP Weekly Update Meeting with Boss (as scheduled)

4. Event Updates with RMT / RET

5. Weekly alignment with Summit on any significant media plan movement needed (Top up, Recalibration of Campaign, Editing of Captions, etc)

6. Content Approval from Regional Marketing Team

7. Weekly call and check with Dealer GMs/BMs on sales status, marketing support needed, etc.

8. Weekly call and check in with EICs and Media Partners, to ensure strong rapport with our industry PR network

9. Weekly monitoring of vehicle Lendouts

10. Weekly progress report of special tasks (brand partnerships, collaborations, EDM campaigns)

11. Weekly coordination with Finance Team to monitor payment release of Vendors for completed projects

12. 2x a month Update Report to GCC (Regional Comms Call)

 

 

Monthly Duties

1. AnP Utilization Report / Upcoming Month A&P Presentation.

2. Local Marketing Internal Huddle- Address internal or operational Issues if any - discuss improvement points

3. Industry Performance Report (TIV)

4. Competitor Offering Report (both Marketing and On-Floor offers)

5. Monthly Face to face Dealer Visit

6. SAF Filtering and Approval - Discuss Dealer Marketing Plans for upcoming month

7. Roadshow Tracking Monitoring Report for Dealers

8. Monthly updates to Deputy Head of Country - PUTA (2x a month)

9. Review of Targeting and Customer Profiling

10. Campaign Materials Sharing to Dealers

11. Media Mileage Sharing to Dealers

12. Car Club / Subaru Communities Support - ad hoc

13. Compliance check with Gov't offices (DTI) for Marketing Communication

14. Monthly alignment of actual spend (received invoices) vs anticipated spend (approved campaigns without billing) to be included in CM Report / and Quarterly Presentations

15. Monthly drafting of Press Blast (Sales promo campaigns and/or special campaigns for specific models) - to be approved by GCC before dissemination
