The Partnership Development Associate will be responsible for generating sales from existing partner accounts, expanding the customer base, and strengthening relationships with clients. This role also involves ensuring proper order delivery and handling customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Drive sales growth by identifying and onboarding new accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of customer orders
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Use MS Office tools to prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations
• Utilize social media platforms for account engagement and client communication

• Has sales experience and is willing to engage with public market and sari-sari store owners
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and meet clients in various locations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good at building and keeping strong client relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable using social media and technology for business
