Prepare monthly operation and business review reports.
Achieve 100% monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular Merchandiser’s Meetings.
Track competitor activities and establish Bellwether Accounts.
Assist in new product launches and ensure stock replenishment.
Monitor inventory, correct discrepancies, and review merchandiser reports.
Conduct fieldwork, submit weekly sales reports, and address AR issues.
Implement FIFO, check account portal for stock availability.
Verify sales orders, negotiate shelf space, and check returns.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
Experience Level: 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating client needs and market trends.
Experience in sourcing new opportunities and sales/leasing.
Effective sales support and the ability to provide sales training.
Advanced negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based role with potential for travel for client meetings and presentations.
