- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
- Provide onsite and remote IT support to employees
- Ensure IT assets are properly managed and documented
Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of IT support experience (BPO experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and basic networking
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
