Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of IT Service Desk experience (BPO preferred).
  • ServiceNow (SNOW) and Active Directory (AD) proficiency is a must.
  • Proven success with international voice support.
  • Available for night shifts in Quezon City.
