  • Understand all systems supported by the company help desk in order to manage internal help desk operations as an IT helpdesk admin.
  • Manage the help desk office IT environment in the Philippines branch to ensure a stable and secure environment for the helpdesk.
  • Manage and operate the CRM system used in the help desk to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage systems and services related to helpdesk operations.
  • Manage analytics and reporting tools to provide accurate analyzed helpdesk data.
  • Manage and construct the helpdesk environment based on user requests.
  • Propose improvement points and report system issues of supported systems through help desk operations.


  • College diploma or degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk system management

Technical Skills:

  • Windows 11 and macOS/iOS environment support
  • Cloud service management
  • Experience with helpdesk systems such as Zendesk, ServiceNow

Soft Skills:

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication (business-level English)
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, collaborative, and multinational environments
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and punctual
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules and respond to emergency duty calls

Preferred / Advantageous Skills:

  • Knowledge in Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Understanding of network basics
  • Awareness of data privacy laws
  • System operation experience for Mac environments
