  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.
  • Assist in preparing and processing sales orders and documentation.
  • Maintain and update client databases to ensure accurate information is readily available.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales staff.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products and services.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexible and adaptable. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
