Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Inbound Marketing Leads, providing timely follow-up and conversion support
- Re-engage with Aged Inbound Marketing Leads to uncover renewed interest and opportunities
- Conduct outbound dialing on targeted lists to identify new prospects and expand customer reach
- Understand customer needs and present solutions that address business challenges
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing sales — while meeting performance targets
- Maintain precise records of client interactions, lead status, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet revenue goals
- Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends to support ongoing business development
Qualifications and Requirements (Non-negotiable):
- 2–3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace tools
- Experience using dialing program is preferred
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Willingness and ability to work US hours (night shift, PH time)
