Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with operational goals
• Lead and manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Support performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives
• Contribute to learning & development programs and organizational development projects
• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to improve HR operations
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in recruitment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Preferably a graduate of top-tier universities such as De La Salle University, Ateneo de Manila University, or University of the Philippines
