- Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned departments and provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Administer performance management processes and support leaders in conducting evaluations and feedback discussions.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
職位要求
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and drive initiatives.
- Experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
