We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Specialist – Recruitment to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent to support OPPO’s growth and vibrant company culture. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and contribute to strategies that enhance our employer brand.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements
  • Source candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, manpower agencies)
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracker and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events
  • Assist in the onboarding process and coordinate with relevant internal departments
  • Support employer branding efforts to attract high-quality candidates
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Manage employee exit procedures in alignment with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Organize and conduct exit interviews, collect feedback, and share insights for organizational improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the return of company assets and removal of system access.
  • Process final clearances and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment compliance is an advantage
  • Experience with high-volume or technical recruiting is a plus
