Job Title: HR Assistant


The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes such as recruitment, employee records management, payroll assistance, and coordination of HR programs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance and leaves.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Organize HR-related events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the HR Manager.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
