簡介
Recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Administer pre-employment requirements.
- Prepare job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and compliance forms.
- Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training schedules and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- On-site work location. Monday - Friday.
