簡介

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Help in organizing training sessions and employee development activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, employee relations, written and verbal communication, computer literacy, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, knowledge in compensation and benefits, and leadership development.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, and a team player.
