簡介

  • Plan and oversee career development programs, mentoring initiatives, and leadership development workshops.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying learning and development needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning solutions, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Apply HORENSO to ensure the efficient communication flow.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably required by the Management.

職位要求

  • Graduate of Psychology or Business Administration major in Human Resource Management
  • With at least one (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing company.
  • With effective computer skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision and with high level of initiative.
