  • Support recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, assist with payroll, and implement benefits programs.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and wellness programs.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide HR guidance.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting and employee relations skills, proficiency in payroll and compensation management, excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Computer savy
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours, potential for overtime during peak recruitment periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, strong leadership potential, and effective people management abilities.
