Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Admin Department
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes of meetings
Process employee salary loans
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Communicate with public services when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Participate in recruitment process
Process ATM application for newly hired employees
Process government benefits such as HDMF/SSS Salary Loan Applications, Sickness/Maternity Notification and Reimbursement, Philhealth ER2 (H.O), SSS R1A (H.O), BIR applications (1902, 1905, 2305), and others.
Handles and maintains all records of personnel information with regard to their Social Security System (SSS), Philhealth (PH), and Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF / Pag-Ibig), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) documents
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any equivalent
