• Being a Licensed Psychometrician (RPm) is a plus
• Graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any business-related course
• With at least two (2) years of work experience in all facets of Human Resources or any related field
• Possesses strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational abilities
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Willing to be assigned in Sual, Pangasinan
