We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and lead our team to success. The General Manager will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving business goals across all departments.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

• Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous business growth and development.

• Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

• Lead, motivate, and manage department and staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Amenable to work onsite in Cubao or Sta. Mesa
