  • Manage daily farm operations, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
  • Monitor soil health, crop growth, and pest control measures.
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Record and analyze farm production data for efficiency improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and provide training as needed.
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
